I gave up on United a few years ago when ALL FOUR legs of my trip were the subjected to major delays, in some cases over three hours.

The only reason I didn’t miss my connection in one instance was because that plane was badly delayed too.

I was supposed to be home by 8 that night. Didn’t make it until almost 2 am.
