Yeah, as I mentioned above, the chief had served in WWII and I don’t think race was his motivation as much as not having got past it.

Yes, I served from June of 1968 to December 1976. Decided to get out when Carter won the election.

Feb ‘68, but you outlasted me 4 years. Probably went to nuculer school for a minimum 6 years, right?
