Yeah, one half of one inch down here and the whole major city shuts down. It’s as if once a flake falls, all grocery and hardware stores will immediately vaporize, and there will be no way to venture out to forage for milk, bread, and of course… batteries.

Same in Baltimore. Where we get snow every year.
