I’m a frikken’ Canuck.
We have a dozen words for snow.
None of them can be repeated in polite company.

Snow is fine if I don’t have to drive in it, or perform any snow-related chores.

Since reality does not permit this, I am content in CA. Earthquakes, but no snow.
