They’ve got to assert a federal cause of action, since the state supreme court (highest state court in a given state, unless it’s NY, where the top court is the Court of Appeals) is the final arbiter. Given their incompetence, not sure they’d be able to manage that.

The Trump team has a problem putting together everything you need to competently put together a case before a judge, from the briefs to the evidence and witnesses. They’ve got nothing, and their pressers are a show/con where they talk up that they have all this evidence, but the cases themselves have no evidence, witnesses, or even causes of action that reflect what was stated at the pressers. It’s as though they have a completely different set of priorities for the pressers than the court cases.

And those court cases are frivolous at that - and the judges should start imposing sanctions and costs for good measure.
