Just vaguely off topic, but does anyone here remember the Church of Subgenius, and more importantly Ivan Stang’s book High Weirdness by Mail?

Zombie’s post made me think of it. Stang had this hobby of contacting the most loony fringie weirdo groups and asking them for their literature. He got a true treasure trove of insanity. High Weirdness was organized by chapter depending on the sort of crazy involved.

Anyway, I ramble, but the point is that crazy is as crazy does. There really is no limit to the delusions that people come up with and spout sometimes.
