Did you put a little oil in the pan, melt down a tablet of Abuelita’s chocolate, then dump in the mole itself to saute, thinned a bit with chicken stock? Right outta the jar, it’s all nasty stuff. Think of it like jarred pasta sauce - it’s just a base.
