How the hell do you perform an abortion on someone who’s not even pregnant? Really how that race isn’t Obama and Alan Keyes in 2004 is beyond me.

Remote possibility that a really crooked quack could convince women that they are pregnant and then charge for a sham procedure. Could also be a form of paperwork-only insurance fraud.
