I really wish I’d screencapped Hoft’s page the first time I saw it. I don’t remember seeing any “file photo” or link to the site he stole it from.

Yep. As soon as you see something, screencap it, lest it disappear down the memory hole forever. The Wayback Machine can only archive stuff every so often.
