Arms up would receive different bullet wounds than arms down. The grand jury ought to hear from forensics on this point. I’m expecting an indictment, because I’m expecting the forensic evidence to be decisive and to comport with what we’re hearing.

They’ve already said arm wounds cannot be conclusive becase arms are mobile.

What’s wrong with the witnesses’ testimonies? Not conclusive enough for you?
