He’s been so odd with those. Sometimes they make sense like having them in Pennsylvania but other times they’re in states that are either very reliably Republican or Democratic.

I do love how Trump is driving Republicans crazy with his performance art version of a campaign while many downticket Republicans are in danger of losing their seats.
