“Making a pass” would be asking someone for a date, and respectfully accepting “no” for an answer. Parading around naked in front of an assistant isn’t “making a pass.” Even asking your employee for a date is problematic because how can she say no without wondering if its going to get her fired or otherwise adversely affect her job?
