My wife got an E-mail from Penzey’s Spices. A conservative was writing to them, objecting to the stickers they’re sending out with orders imprinted “I will vote 11.6.18” and cards which say “To cook is to care, to care is to vote.” (They are also promoting a chili powder freebie with a $5 order.)

Penzey’s actually flamed back (behind the hide bar because it’s kind of long). Wow. That is some serious flamage.

something a little unnerving about a cook claiming to have “known and enjoyed conservatives” all of his life. I can’t help but picture Penzey’s flipping through the rolodex, searching for whatever rude Trumpster would make a nice rump roast.
