Gilded crap is still crap.

Trump hasn’t built a luxury building in years, and his namesake NYC tower is ancient compared to Billionaire’s Row. People are trying to flee from Trump thanks to his toxic and criminal syndicate relationships, which allows the bargain hunters to seem to get in at a discount.

Trump’s also back trying to sell a bunch of buildings from his portfolio to raise money, and that will also backfire as people look to downrate his buildings, again for the same reason - it’s a dumpster fire.
