Phoenix took it in the shorts too…harder than most places I am guessing. This place boomed for almost 20 years…I hope the “bust” cycle is shorter. My house has lost over $275,000 in value the past three years.

I have this neighbor who keeps trying to sell for about $30,000 too much. Not going to happen, but she keeps trying.
