My first job, a sixteen year old shadow of myself now, I worked 11pm to 4am for the local baker. Two hours on the deep fryer (donuts, twists, long johns, etc) followed by two hours decorating. the chocolate aroma filling your mouth, nose, and every pore. Hours of odiferous chocolately hell…
Give me the white cake with the white icing…
I recognize this preference/prejudice is a result of my early chocolate fearing indoctrination into society…
Try as I might I cannot overcome this obvious bigotry…
