Cheesy Ostrava is only a few minutes away on foot from the school where I work part-time, so when I get a hankering for some really good cheese that I can’t find in your typical Czech supermarket, I head over there. The most common cheeses sold here are Gouda, Eidam and Emmental.

Now I want some good cheese. Maybe the hypermarket will have some tomorrow.
