Taxes will go up. But don’t fall prey to ODS, Brookly. This treaty is not something that will emasculate our conventional forces. And even if it would, there are enough GOP votes to kill it in the Senate. Obama knows this. He’s not going to sign a treaty he knows would never pass. He’s not that big a fool. I ask you to trust me on this.
