The point is, an LGF Page is supposed to be more than just a forwarding service to other websites. If I understand the idea correctly, the difference between a Page and a “Spinoff Link” is that the latter was really just that - a doorway to a story elsewhere.

That’s not to say a Page ought to not have links to elsewhere or that linking to sources and others’ postings are not important. But in all the Pages I’ve written what I’m concerned about, as far as feedback as an author, it whether people are reading what I’ve written. It’s how I gauge whether the subject I picked has any interest or not. The up-dings are nice but as people have wildly different criteria for up/down dinging a post the dings can be confusing.
