That’s why I like the Dungeness so much. There’s a lot of meat in there so it’s worth the work. It’s odd much here in the PacNW crab cakes are disgusting. It’s a just mixture of crab and egg, not seasoned just mushy and bland. I do enjoy a good crabcake but they just don’t make them out here.
