If you’re in an area with a goodish-sized Norteno population (mexican-american) you need only swing by a good grocery store and see what sells well. My wife works with a very nice Tex-mex lady, so we get her homemade from time to time.

There are more Norteños here than any other kind of people, but alas!—no good grocery stores…

I need to befriend a good cook.
