I’m blaming BOTH parties. As I mentioned in the article I quoted, the Democrats have a filibuster-proof majority. They could’ve ignored the ret@rd republicans and passed the repeal, but they didn’t.

They had a filibuster proof majority if all Democrats went for it.

What do you want them to do if one blue dog doesn’t go along?
