Romney did the same thing. He was in Va last night crowing about how Obama and the WH couldn’t sleep last night because of the decision that they thought was coming. As I recall, Obama and his surrogates had a very wait and see attitude about the whole process.

Boehner last week told the GOP not to “spike the football” when the Act was struck down, then the next day Rush was telling them “Hell yeah, you should spike the football! It would be wrong not to!”

Ah, the sweet, sweet taste of schadenfreude.
