A lot of white supremacist types have a thing for the Siege of Vienna in 1683 when the Ottomans invaded Europe and threatened to do to white people what the white people had been doing to the locals in the Americas, Africa and elsewhere. There’s also the Moors in Spain, another not-white-people invasion even earlier.
