All the right whingers need to listen to this talk. It’s given by an XY-Intersex woman with no uterus and testes.

2% of the population are Intersex; many don’t find out until much later in life. DR’S lie and our society needs to place people into the male-female dichotomy box. But it’s a problem, gonads are not the real issue.

Evangelicals don’t hardly acknowledge the existence of intersex people because it fucks up their beliefs that people are either male or female. I called the 2017 Nashville Statement biologically incoherent because it says:

Article 5

WE AFFIRM that the differences between male and female reproductive structures are integral to God’s design for self-conception as male or female.

WE DENY that physical anomalies or psychological conditions nullify the God-appointed link between biological sex and self-conception as male or female.

In short, they deny the existence of intersex persons. It’s also the kind of bullshit that filters down to doctors and parents who demand that their infants with ambiguous external genitalia get “fixed” with surgery. I could go on a longer rant but I will spare you this morning.
