Saw a number on the scale I probably haven’t seen in over 15 years…239.6. Hoping I can keep going and put 240 in the rearview mirror along with 250, 260, and 270…my max was around 273 a little over a year ago.

I went from 270 all the way to 215 before bouncing back to around 235. That’s a lot better for me than 270 is, even if I should be closer to 200.
