Sort of but the idiot giving the quiz isn’t much smarter. The “activist judge” thing is way overblown and the judiciary branch is currently acting well within its Constitutional role. These Tea Party idiots are working with a completely different interpretation of the Constitution so they really aren’t in a place to judge others.
