Since I was looking at the Apple Store I though I’d see what was in the Refurb section… not as much as there used to be.

Anyway, Apple is pushing their “financing” of 6 or 12 or 18 months, so I click and read this:

[…] The purchase APR will be 22.99% or 26.99% variable, […]

That is outrageous. But this is America, 2013 edition, where usury is considered good business.
