This is probably an opportunity to put together another list of known stalkers on Twitter. I’ll lead of with:

If anybody’s blocked a stalker but forgotten the name, you can use twitblock.org to see and manage your blocks. It will also scan your followers and report back any known abusers, spammers, etc.
