About 250,000 total votes, all from the four Atlantic provinces; that’d be about 2 percent of the total Canadian vote. The Liberals were expected to do well, but no one foresaw them winning over 60% of the popular vote in those four provinces, and ahead in every seat (15 of the leads are big enough that the CBC has called the seats).
