About the Ukrainian/Russian/Turkish deal to begin exporting Ukrainian grain:

The Czechs have a saying, dating back to the ‘68 Warsaw Pact invasion. “Lže jako Rus” which means, “He lies like a Russian”.

Russia is probably pretty pissed that Ukraine is demanding the surrender of the Russian troops surrounded in Kherson. Russia requested a corridor so that they could be withdrawn and Ukraine said “nyet”.
