My call is important to them. So very, very important to them. They are grateful I called. They are sacrificing baby weasels on an altar to thank the God of Insurance Companies that I called.

They can’t be bothered to hire the correct number of people, though.

If they hired more people, they would have to pay them money. Why should they do that, when you will stay on the line indefinitely, hoping to get through?
