So anyhow caught the episode of the Roosevelts from last night. I am a FDR fan mostly but like Eleanor disappointed that he did not act forcefully on lynching and I think the court packing scheme was wrong. Unlike the people interviewed though, I did not take issue with him campaigning against Southern conservative incumbents. Minor props to George Will for admitting that the Southern Democrats were conservatives though.

FDR was an asshole to women, IIRC.
