Hey, it looks like the tide might be turning of the “stimulus” pig.

The Bonkey’s favorite economist hates it, the Senate Republicans are threatening a filibuster, even the Senate Bonkeys are going wobbly, and the public doesn’t like it either.

I even coined a new phrase for the effort to kill this travesty.

The survey suggests that the plan would be slightly more popular if it offered tax cuts and no spending. About 43 percent of respondents thought that was a good idea, compared with 39 percent who disagreed.

The public elects a Dem congress, elects a Dem president, and wants the Republican plan.
I’ll never fully grasp politics.
