American companies’ loyalties are toward money, not Americans.

If they are a publicly traded company, their loyalty is towards their shareholders. I don’t have a problem with the visas. If a company needs a motivated employee who will show up to work and doesn’t have an entitlement mentality, let them hire using whatever legal processes are at their disposal.
