OK, my bad, just looked at it again twice. First time I didn’t make out that he had a shirt on underneath.
Anyhow - I do hope, as I did in the beginning, they have more than just this on this guy.

Well, he’s obviously a “person of interest” for some reason. If he’s innocent, I hope he comes forward and clears his name fast.

This is all just another great big “wait and see” scenario at this point. There’s not really that much one can say about it - unless one recognizes the guy.
