After high school I debated about culinary school or a music conservatory. I wasn’t a very good musician but I made the right choice. I love cooking but it’s a hell of a way to make a living. I definitely don’t have the temperament for it.
Very true. I cooked in restaurants for 14 years. It’s not for everyone and unless you are some incredible chef or own a successful restaurant you don’t make much money and the hours can be very long.
