Honestly, with Breitbart gone Sherrod might well settle the case. She’s not going to punish him now, so the case is now only about money. Under those circumstances, I’d expect a settlement.

I think the odds of settlement are increased, but talon’s right, she might pursue this to the end to get it on record. I just feel somewhat hollow knowing that the one thing I sought more than anything, Andy shamed for all to see, will never happen.
