Good for you! In the most literal sense.

And I forgot to add that it’s simply good to get in the habit of getting walking in, or simply finding a reason to go walk and get in the steps. It’s fairly low impact, but it does help keep you healthy, especially if you add some dietary control along with it*.

And given some recent health concerns being in non-awful physical shape is something my doctors have approved of. Weight still not where I want it, but the A1C and other numbers are headed in the proper direction.

* - Low-sugar, low-carb is the target. Along with more veggies. Been good and bad towards it, but death cookies make an appearance now and then. (The current “death cookies” are Lemon Oreos and a killer-good Vanilla sandwich cookie made by Trader Joe’s.)
