The Germans would have eventually turned east and the likely outcome of their eastern campaign would have been similar to what happened in this time line. It also would have allowed the British and French resistance to organize and fight any sort of occupation. That also raises the question of what Asia under a Japanese empire and Africa under Italian control would look like
