I’m not saying the man doesn’t have problems, but by now he’s got to be screwing with people for personal amusement. Either that or he needs to be committed.

The guy has problems. I think the reward system in his brain is totally tapped out and has to look for outside “stimuli” to feel even somewhat normal.
