Also. It’s not true. You can’t smoke pot “anywhere and everywhere.” You can’t smoke outdoors. It’s not for minors and not for resale. Drug testing laws still apply with marijuana so if you’re employer doesn’t want you to be a pot smoker you can still get fired if you fail a drug test. All the other drug testing laws applied to transportation operators also apply. Additionally, there are also DWI limits that also still apply.
