I had the idea of replacing the water cannon with a truck mounted high pressure incinerator that would quickly convert large amounts of marijuana into dense clouds of smoke that could be directed at unruly crowds. HIgh tensile spring operated catapults could then launch whole cases of doritos and oreos into the mob.
