Ugh. I’m so tired of the American Church. They’re so worried and freaked out about imaginary persecution and protecting their power, and they do absolutely nothing about going out into the world and being the hands and feet of Jesus.

THIS. I mean seriously, the Muslim community (worldwide) is expected to assist—and in fact has been assisting—in trying to help identify & stop some of its members, especially youth, from turning to violent extremism. How about if instead of doing that we stop and every time something happens we just say, “So sad, what a tragedy. We’re gonna pray for the the victims & their families.” Then refuse to admit there’s any sort of problem or make any other effort to change things.

Everybody would be totally cool with that, right?
