I’m having trouble taking a lot of what she says seriously. Aside from ignoring actual demographic data from the election, she’s suggesting that Dems made no effort to create a coalition of anti-racism tied to economic justice. That’s garbage.

She needs to show real data that there was a shift towards Trump in the under $30k demographic (although I admit that the aggregate numbers don’t show where the under $30k people went for Trump and whether it had a disproportionate impact on the electoral vote), or her argument is bunk—don’t give me this smug “factiness”.

Obama 2012, took 63% of under $30,000; 57% between $30,000 and $50,000.

Hillary took 53% and 51% respectively.

Those two groups represented 36% of this year’s electorate-41% in 2012.

Can’t find a breakdown of income by race/ethnicity.
