Speaking of temperatures, it will be approaching 90 degrees F (32.2 degrees C) this afternoon. So I made a command decision and got Mrs. Fish to help me roll her big brown beast out of the garage relatively early in the morning, so I could get underneath it and start installing the fuel tank before the temperatures went to 11. To my surprise, everything went back together pretty easily! It was only a 3-hour job, and that was with taking some breaks for water and to relax my aching hands. She runs amazingly well and I’m excited to start getting her put into car shows.

Germany is the hottest spot in Europe right not, but the annual late May/early June heat wave is something I have grown used to, the weather usually turns to hell just in time for our 4th of July celebrations and stays that way until about September, when it finally gets summery again for a couple weeks.
