This is a take I actually kind of wondered about. The only problem is, shouldnât that then apply to the defenseâs characterizations of the alleged victims as âriotersâ and âlootersâ? Were the people he allegedly shot convicted of those crimes? If not, then okay, letâs be fair to both sides - NEITHER set of terms should be able to be applied.
