re: #14 negativ

So far, Hollywood hasn’t been able to ruin any comic book mythos.

Sam Raimi:
Spiderman - yay
Spiderman II - yay
Spiderman III - you have got to be fucking kidding me.

Tim Burton:
BATMAN: - hmm, Michael Keaton? ok, we’ll see… NOT COMPLETELY BAD!
(everything after BATMAN): WTF IS THIS SHIT?

Fantastic 4 pre-release buzz:
OH SHIT THERE’S GOING TO BE A SILVER SURFER MOVIE, OMFG
release day: you have got to be fucking kidding me.

X-MEN:
What a great cast! I have minor quabbles but otherwise I hereby dual-wield heavy metal devil horn hand gestures in your direction.
X-MEN II: a sequel that could have sucked but didn’t. It was actually pretty good!
X-MEN III: You have got to be fucking kidding me…

Batman Begins:
*remember “Batman: Year One” comics* so perfect!
The Dark Knight:
Best interpretation of Joker imaginable. Two-Face is also great, but dead. Batman himself is wisely not the main character of the film.
Third installment will either be amazing, or unforgivably shitty.

I also like the Iron Man films so far. Of course, the 2nd one wasn’t as satisfying as the first, so I’m sure I’ll hate the third.

Blah blah, never mind.

You are a certifiable nerd.
