He’s a keeper, that’s for sure, and he does things in a way that makes the person who did it feel like a piece of crap AND so quietly so no one else knows what’s going on. He’s very mild-mannered, but his kids also know that Mr. W doesn’t put up with shit. Unlike me who’d make a complete spectacle of the situation and myself with my outrage and anger.
