There were two votes. The first was an amendment to add the Russian sanctions to the Iranian sanctions bill, which went 97-2 (Lee and Paul were the nays and Van Hollen didn’t vote). Then there was the final passage of the bill, that went 98-2 with Paul and Sanders as the nays.

Now it goes to the House, and that should be interesting… 292 is the magic number for a veto proof majority.

Wonder why Lee voted no on the amendment yesterday but turned around and voted aye on the bill today.
